Job Description
The Partner Sales Executive will play a vital role in accelerating Strobes Security's channel expansion across India. This position requires proactively recruiting, enabling, and strategically managing a diverse set of key channel partners. The core objective is to cultivate a robust channel pipeline and generate channel-originated subscription revenue (ARR) for our CTEM solution.
nKey Responsibilities
n● Proactively identify, prioritize, and recruit new strategic partners within key Indian markets who
npossess a solid capability and focus on selling enterprise cybersecurity solutions.
n● Clearly articulate the business value and technical differentiators of the Strobes Security solutions
nto prospective partners.
n● Drive the sales and technical enablement of new partners, ensuring they are fully proficient in
npositioning and selling Strobes Security licenses.
n● Actively lead co-selling efforts with partners, including initial customer engagement, product
ndemonstrations, and technical validation, to accelerate deal closure.




n● Develop and execute a detailed territory and partner growth plan to maximize product revenue
npenetration through the channel.
n● Maintain a disciplined and accurate product-focused channel sales pipeline within the CRM
n(HubSpot), ensuring predictable deal progression and timely forecasting.
n● Work closely with the direct Sales, Marketing, and Solutions Engineering teams to ensure
ncomprehensive partner support and alignment of channel sales efforts with overall product goals.
n● Collaborate on and execute joint go-to-market plans, partner promotions, and demand generation activities specifically focused on driving product sales.
nRequired Qualifications & Experience
n● Must possess mandatory, prior experience working within the cybersecurity industry
ndemonstrating a strong grasp of security technologies, industry trends, and the competitive
nlandscape.
