Job Description
A self-motivated interior designer with robust Sketchup/Revit/CAD skills, you should be able to jump in and produce test fits and project deliverables efficiently.
n

nTo own Customer Experience during the onboarding journey.
n

nGenerate floor plans, finish plans, specifications, and material selections needed for construction.
n

nParticipate in the selection and presentation of furniture, fabrics, equipment (FF&E;), color palettes, and lighting
n

nWork with multiple teams and support concurrent processes invarying phases of project delivery.
n

nTo lead and own the quality & accuracy of design deliverables.
n

nCommunicate effectively with client, vendors and team in order to address client's needs.
n





nMaintain industry knowledge in order to stay relevant.
n

nGood understanding of materials and products used in Interior design.
n

nMinimum Work experience required is 5 years
n

nSkills Required-
n

nHave Good communication & presentation skills.
n

nProficient in CAD, Revit, SketchUp and other modelling software programs, such as 3Ds max, Vray, photoshop
n

nHolds design expertise in Conceptual design (layout, style, moodboards) & Technical design (material knowledge, execution and drawing preparation)
