we are looking for an Implementation Project Manager to drive successful customer implementations and ensure seamless onboarding of enterprise clients.

Job Overview

The Implementation Project Manager plays a critical role in delivering successful implementations of Zaggle's Zoyer P2 P solution. This techno-functional role combines project management with implementation consulting, ensuring customers are successfully onboarded from project kickoff through go-live and transition to the Customer Success team.

Key Responsibilities

Execute implementation projects in line with the agreed Statement of Work (SOW). Understand customer business processes, perform requirement gathering and gap analysis, and prepare Functional Specification Documents (FSDs). Configure and implement Zaggle's Zoyer P2 P solution based on customer requirements and industry best practices.
