Piyovi is seeking a Project Manager – Customer Implementations to manage and drive successful customer onboarding and implementation projects. The role involves working closely with customers, internal product and engineering teams, and external integration partners to ensure projects are delivered on time with a high-quality customer experience.

The ideal candidate should have strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience coordinating cross-functional teams. Exposure to Saa S platforms, ERP integrations, logistics, or supply chain solutions would be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Delivery Own and manage customer implementation projects end-to-end, from initiation through successful go-live. Define project plans, milestones, timelines, and dependencies, and ensure timely execution. Monitor project progress, identify risks, manage dependencies, and proactively resolve blockers. Ensure deliverables are completed within agreed timelines and quality expectations.




Stakeholder & Customer Management Act as the primary point of contact between customers, internal teams, and external partners. Coordinate with product, development, QA, integration teams, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment. Conduct regular customer meetings, understand requirements, track open items, and provide implementation updates. Build robust customer relationships and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Technical Coordination Work with technical teams on integrations, configurations, data exchange, and implementation requirements. Facilitate communication between business and technical teams.
Go-Live & Post-Implementation Support Coordinate go-live readiness activities and ensure a successful transition. Support post-go-live stabilization and handover activities.
