Interior Designer + Site / Project Manager

Experience: Minimum 1 year

We’re looking for someone who can understand a project from concept to execution — developing residential interior designs, preparing drawings and 3 D visualisations, while also coordinating with site teams, vendors and contractors to ensure the design is executed correctly.

What'll you do

• Design and Develop residential interior concepts and layouts

• Prepare Auto CAD working drawings

• Create Sketch Up models and 3 D visualisations

• Prepare renders and presentations

• Work on furniture layouts, elevations and ceiling plans

• Assist with material selection and design development

• Understand client requirements and translate them into practical solutions

Site & Project Execution

• Supervise day-to-day interior execution

• Coordinate with contractors, carpenters and vendors





• Ensure work follows approved drawings and specifications

• Monitor quality, progress and timelines

• Coordinate material requirements and deliveries

• Identify and resolve site-level issues

• Coordinate design changes with the execution team

• Prepare site updates and progress reports

• Support snagging and project handover

What we are looking for

You should have:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in interior design / execution

• Good working knowledge of Auto CAD & Sketch Up

• Understanding of 3 D rendering and visualisation

• Strong understanding of residential interior design

• Practical knowledge of materials and execution

• Ability to read and coordinate working drawings

• Good communication and client-handling skills

• Ability to coordinate contractors and vendors

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
