We're looking for a smart, organized, and proactive Executive Assistant / Founder's Office Associate to work closely with AB, India's Leading Kids Life Coach and founder of one of the country's fastest-growing parenting movements.

This role is ideal for someone with 1-3 years of professional experience who wants significantly more learning, responsibility, and growth than a typical corporate role offers.

*We're Looking For Someone Who:*

• Has 1-2 years of work experience.

• Is based in New Delhi

• Is highly organized and detail-oriented

• Communicates clearly and professionally

• Enjoys solving problems and keeping things on track

* Key Responsibilities:*

• Manage calendars, meetings, and schedules

• Coordinate with team members and track project deadlines

• Prepare meeting notes, trackers, and follow-up action items

• Create and maintain Google Sheets, documents, and SOPs

• Assist with presentations, Canva designs, and basic content coordination

• Support outreach, collaborations, and special projects

• Help coordinate events, workshops, BNI meetings, and online activit
