Qualifications

Bachelor’s / Master’s in Computer Science / Software Engineering

Preferred Experience

5–7 years of experience in full-stack or real-time systems

Robust understanding of networking, UI/UX, and real-time applications

Experience with UAV communication protocols and mission planning systems

Required Skill Sets & Tools Programming: Dot Net, C++, QT, QML, Python ML Frameworks: Tensor Flow, Py Torch Version Control: Git

Key Responsibility Areas Full-Stack Development Develop end-to-end Ground Control Station (GCS) applications (frontend + backend)



Implement state management and data synchronization UAV Communication & Protocols Parse and integrate MAVLink and UAVCAN protocols Work with MAVSDK for UAV communication and mission execution Mapping & Mission Planning Integrate mapping platforms (Cesium JS, Mapbox, Leaflet) Implement waypoint planning, route optimization, and mission visualization Video & Telemetry Systems Implement low-latency video decoding pipelines using GStreamer and FFmpeg Develop real-time telemetry pipelines for UAV operations Networking & Performance Develop network communication systems using TCP/UDP Optimize latency, throughput, and overall system performance UI/UX & Usability Develop custom UI components for pilots and operators Conduct usability testing and implement iterative improvements
