What You Own
• Maintain accurate IT asset inventory and lifecycle management from procurement through decommissioning, including physical verification, reconciliation, tagging, disposal, and audit coordination.
• Manage Windows and macOS endpoints through JumpCloud MDM, ensuring security policies, updates, device compliance, and access controls are consistently enforced.
• Administer endpoint security solutions including Kaspersky Antivirus and Safetica DLP, while monitoring patching, security, and compliance status.
• Deliver L1/L2 desktop and IT support across Windows, macOS, and basic Linux, resolving hardware, software, network, email, VPN
