Job Overview:

Salary Range - 20000 to 30000 depends upon basic salary and performance.

Office Time - 10:00 am to 8:30 pm with 2 hrs dedicated break.

We are looking for a results-driven Admission Counselor to join our team. You will play a crucial role in managing and converting leads, guiding students through the enrollment process, and driving our sales efforts. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for music education, with the ability to nurture prospective students from interest to enrollment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Management:
- Handle and qualify incoming leads from Google Ads, social media, and referrals.
- Assess prospective students' needs and interest in our music programs.
- Conduct timely follow-up calls and emails to nurture leads and answer inquiries.

Sales Conversion:
- Promote our music classes to potential students and parents through calls and virtual meetings.
- Explain program offerings, pricing, and the benefits of Notation School’s curriculum.
- Overcome objections, negotiate terms,



and close sales to meet enrollment goals.

Trial and Enrollment Assistance:
- Help prospective students schedule and prepare for trial classes.
- Support families during the trial experience, answering questions and resolving concerns.
- Guide students through the enrollment process, ensuring a smooth transition to full enrollment.

Customer Engagement:
- Build strong relationships with prospective and current students to foster trust.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales and enrollment process.
- Assist with onboarding current students, explaining plans, features, and program benefits.

Reporting and Analysis:
- Track and report on lead conversion rates and sales performance.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Provide feedback to the marketing team on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.

Collaboration:
- Work with the marketing team to align sale
