MMC is seeking candidates for the following position based in the [MUMBAI, INDIA] office:

What can you expect?
- Preparation of Journal entries relating to accruals, prepaid, revenue, banks etc
- Suggest and submit entries basis accounts analysis and clearance
- Preparation of balance sheet reconciliations.
- Follow up and explicit open items and ensure over all ageing remains under control
- Assist the Finance Controllers in month end reporting and closing.
- Knowledge of macros would be an added advantage
- Night shift during month end

We will count on you to:
- Take end to end responsibility of delivery
- Take on additional activities within the existing bandwidth.
- Willingness to work in evening or night shifts
- Extended hours during month end might be required

What you need to have:
- Any relevant Accounting degree preferably Chartered accountant.
- Knowledge of excel formulas and macros would be added advantage.
- 2-3 years of experience in accounting
- Prior experience in working in similar roles
