About the Role:
We are looking for a Lead UI/UX Designer with strong UI expertise to help shape and scale Noise’s visual language across digital touchpoints. This role sits at the intersection of brand, product, and experience, and will play a key role in ensuring design consistency across apps, marketing,



and consumer-facing platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and evolve Noise’s visual design language across brand and product surfaces
- Design high-quality UI assets for apps, websites, landing pages, and digital campaigns
- Translate brand strategy into clean, scalable UI systems and visual frameworks
- Work closely with Product Designers, UX, Marketing, and Engineering teams
- Create and maintain design systems, UI components, and style guides
- Ensure visual consistency across product UI, marketing creatives, and brand communications
- Contribute to design thinking from concept to execution, balancing creativity with usability
- Stay updated on global design trends, UI best practices, and emerging visual styles

Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in Brand, Visual, or UI Design roles
- Bachelor’s Degree in Design (or equivalent) from a reputed design college
- Solid foundation
