Role Description The General Manager – Sales Telangana is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for leading and growing the regional sales operations. This role oversees sales planning, target achievement, and market development for Keeline’s product range across Telangana. The General Manager will manage and mentor sales teams, monitor performance, and implement strategies to improve customer reach and revenue. Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining distributor and retailer relationships, conducting market visits, analyzing sales data,



and coordinating promotional activities. The role also involves ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction, aligning operations with company policies, and collaborating with senior leadership on business goals and reporting.
Qualifications
Strong Sales skills, including regional sales management, target setting, and execution.
Experience in General Management, with the ability to oversee operations, planning, and performance monitoring.
Proven focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with a track record of building long-term relationships.
Effective Team Management capabilities, including mentoring, coaching, and motivating sales teams.
Preferred experience in consumer electronics or home appliances sales within Telangana or similar markets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work in office in Hyderabad and travel within Telangana
