nKey Responsibilities
nProduction Operations
n
- n
- Operate and monitor biodiesel plant equipment and processes as per SOPs.n
- Ensure smooth and uninterrupted plant operations during the shift.n
- Monitor critical process parameters such as temperature, pressure, flow, and levels.n
- Maintain optimum production efficiency and product quality.n

nBleacher & Deodorizer Operations
n
- n
- Handle Bleacher and Deodorizer (Deo) operations safely and efficiently.n
- Monitor vacuum systems, steam consumption, and process conditions.n
- Ensure proper dosing of process chemicals and additives.n
- Maintain product quality specifications during processing.n

nJob Description (JD)
nQualification:
n
- n
- Diploma / B.Tech in Chemical, Mechanical, or related discipline.n
- ITI candidates with relevant process plant experience may also be considered.n





nExperience:
n
- n
- 2 to 5 years of experience in Process Operations.n
- Experience in Edible Oil, Biodiesel, Oleochemical, or Continuous Process Industries preferred.n
- Exposure to Bleacher & Deodorizer operations is mandatory/preferred.n

nSkills Required:
n
- n
- Knowledge of process equipment, pumps, valves, reactors, and heat exchangers.n
- Understanding of process flow diagrams and operating procedures.n
- Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.n
- Ability to work in rotating shifts.n
- Valuable communication and teamwork skills.n

nPreferred Candidate Profile:

- Immediate joiners preferred.n
- Experience in Edible Oil Processing/Biodiesel Plants.n
- Strong focus on safety, quality, and operational excellence.n
