Role Description

We are looking for a Business Development Intern to join our remote team. This is a calling-focused role where the intern will connect with potential customers using leads provided by the company.
The primary responsibility will be to initiate conversations with prospects, understand their requirements, generate interest in our services, and schedule qualified appointments for the Business Development Managers. The managers will handle further discussions and successful closures.

Key Responsibilities

• Cold call leads provided by the company and introduce relevant services
• Engage potential customers and identify their needs and interest




• Qualify prospects based on campaign requirements
• Schedule appointments with interested and qualified prospects for Business Development Managers
• Conduct timely follow-ups with potential customers
• Maintain accurate records of calls, responses, and appointments
• Work closely with managers to ensure smooth handover of qualified opportunities
• Meet assigned calling and appointment-setting targets

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with cold calling and speaking with potential customers
• Confident, persuasive, and qualified communication style
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field
• Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply
