Role Description The Human Resources Recruiter at Karmikus is a full-time, in office role based in Delhi. This position is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, including role briefing with hiring managers, drafting job descriptions, sourcing candidates through multiple channels, screening applications, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating interview schedules. The recruiter will maintain candidate communication, manage offer negotiations,



and ensure timely onboarding in collaboration with HR and business teams. The role also involves maintaining accurate recruitment records, supporting employer branding initiatives, contributing to workforce planning, and ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant labor regulations.
Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in end-to-end recruitment, talent acquisition, and candidate sourcing across technical and non-technical roles.
Strong skills in candidate screening, interviewing, and evaluation, with the ability to assess both technical fit and cultural alignment.
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HR databases, and common recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., job boards, professional networks).
Solid understanding of HR best practices, local labor laws, and compliance requirements related to hiring and onboarding.
Excellent written and verbal communication skil
