nRole Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative role based in Delhi, India. The Customer Service Representative will handle outgoing event vendor and freelancer onboarding and incoming inquiries from customers, vendors, and planners via phone, email, and chat, providing clear information and timely resolutions. Responsibilities include guiding users through platform features, troubleshooting account or booking issues, documenting interactions, and escalating complex cases when needed.



The role also involves monitoring user feedback, supporting event-related queries, and collaborating with internal teams to improve service processes and overall customer experience. This position requires consistent in office presence to coordinate closely with colleagues and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
