Role Description The Sr Manager – MICE Sales is a full-time, on-site role based in Ghaziabad. This role is responsible for driving Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE) business by identifying prospects, developing corporate accounts, and closing high-value deals. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating leads, conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing proposals and pricing,



and negotiating contracts to achieve revenue targets. The role also involves coordinating with internal event and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of MICE projects, maintaining strong client relationships, and tracking market trends and competitor activity. The Sr Manager – MICE Sales is expected to report on sales performance, contribute to sales strategy, and represent the company at industry events and networking forums.
Qualifications
Proven experience in MICE sales, corporate sales, or business development within events, hospitality, or travel industries.
Strong skills in client relationship management, account management, negotiation, and closing high-value deals.
