Develop and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions to support CRM and business processes.

Salesforce Service Cloud
Design and implement Salesforce Service Cloud solutions based on business requirements.
Configure and customize Service Cloud features including Cases, Queues, Entitlements, Milestones, Knowledge Base, and Omni-Channel.
Develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Flows.
Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems.




Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
Implement automation using Flows, Process Builder, and Approval Processes.
Support data migration, data quality, and system enhancements.
Troubleshoot production issues and ensure platform stability.
