Role Description This is a remote, commission-based contract role for a Sales Associate. The Commission Sales Associate will identify and qualify new business opportunities, focusing on industrial fasteners, structural bolting systems,



and foundation products in target industries. Daily activities include prospecting and outreach via phone, email, and online channels; presenting product solutions; preparing and following up on quotes; and maintaining a structured sales pipeline. The role involves cultivating long-term relationships with distributors, contractors, engineers, and project owners, coordinating closely with internal technical and operations teams to address client requirements. The Sales Associate will track market trends, provide feedback on customer needs, and consistently work toward meeting agreed revenue and margin targets.
Qualifications
Robust sales and business development skills, including prospecting, lead qualification, and closing deals in B2B or industrial markets.
Ability to understand technical product features and translate them into clear value propositions for construction, infrastructure, or engineering
