Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will oversee the sales process for braking and control system products, including identifying prospects, qualifying leads, and managing the sales pipeline. Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners, preparing proposals and quotations, and conducting product presentations and demonstrations.



The role involves collaborating with internal teams to align sales efforts with product capabilities, tracking market trends, and reporting on sales performance and forecasts. The Sales Manager will also support contract negotiations, ensure timely follow-up on opportunities, and contribute to strategic sales planning.
Qualifications
Strong skills in sales planning, pipeline management, and account development focused on technical or industrial products.
Experience in customer relationship management, including negotiation, stakeholder communication, and post-sale support.
Ability to understand technical product features and translate them into transparent value propositions for commercial vehicle or industrial clients.
Proficiency in using CRM tools and standard office software to track leads, prepare reports, and manage sales activities.
