UI/UX Design Intern
Location: UET Housing Society, Valencia Town, Lahore (On-site)
Schedule: 10:30 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday–Friday
Type: Internship (Unpaid initially, with performance-based stipend — see below)
About the Role
We're looking for a UI/UX Design Intern to join our product team and work on international-level products. You'll be paired with a technical team and receive direct mentorship from senior designers/engineers as you help shape real product flows.
What You'll Work On
Designing and refining interfaces for systems in the medical/health domain — think physio, coaching, and trainer-facing platforms
Wireframing and prototyping in Figma
Mapping out system and user flows, and revamping them based on user demand and usage patterns
Applying strong design thinking to industrial/product-based interfaces
What We're Looking For
Solid understanding of systems like physio/coach/trainer platforms (medical-adjacent systems)
Strong grip on wireframing and Figma
Good understanding of industrial product design principles




Ability to think through and redesign flows based on real usage and feedback
Strong communication skills
Preferred (not required, but a big plus):
Prior experience working on UI/UX for real products — especially medical or health-tech products
A portfolio that shows process, not just polish

Work Arrangement
This is an on-site role, but there's flexibility to work remotely on select days depending on your performance and consistency — this will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Compensation
This internship starts unpaid. However, if your progress is robust and you're able to cover the entire product by the end of your tenure, you'll receive a fixed stipend for your internship period.
