Role Description This full time, on-site Certified Personal Trainer role is based at CosmoWellness in Gurgaon. The trainer will design and deliver safe, effective, and goal-oriented fitness programs for individual clients and small groups, including strength training, circuit training, and functional workouts. Responsibilities include conducting fitness assessments, tracking progress,



and providing ongoing coaching, motivation, and education on exercise techniques and lifestyle habits. The trainer will collaborate with nutrition and wellness specialists to align training plans with broader health goals, support special programs for clients with medical conditions when required, and maintain a clean, welcoming training environment. The role also involves participating in group classes, client workshops, and occasionally supporting promotional or member engagement activities within the facility.
Qualifications

Strong skills in Personal Training and Fitness Instruction, with the ability to design individualized and group workout programs.
Experience with Circuit Training and Sports Coaching to support diverse training goals, including performance and general fitness.
