Want to build real experience in Influencer Marketing, Social Media & Affiliate Marketing while working with an early-stage startup?
CashMila is looking for 3 Influencer Marketing Interns to join our team in Bangalore.
? Location: BHIVE Premium Whitefield Campus, JBR Tech Park, KIADB Export Promotion Industrial Area, Whitefield, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560066
? Work Mode: Hybrid — 2 days from office + 3 days remote
⏳ Duration: 4 months
? Stipend: ₹3,000–₹5,000/month + performance incentives up to ₹20,000–₹30,000/month
? Full-time opportunity: Available based on performance
What you’ll work on:
• Research and identify relevant creators across Instagram, YouTube & other platforms
• Reach out to creators through DM & email
• Help onboard creators to the CashMila Creator Program
• Coordinate with creators and support their affiliate campaigns
• Track creator outreach, onboarding & performance
• Maintain data using Google Sheets/Excel
• Experiment with new influencer marketing and growth ideas




• Work closely with the team and take ownership of projects
We’re looking for someone who:
✅ Is confident communicating with people
✅ Understands Instagram and creator content
✅ Has an interest in digital/influencer marketing
✅ Can write clear and professional messages
✅ Is comfortable with Google Sheets/Excel
✅ Is proactive, curious and willing to experiment
✅ Wants to learn how a startup actually builds and grows
Freshers and students are welcome to apply. Previous influencer marketing experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
