Role Description The Sales Team Leader at Kwick Fin Solutions is a full time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This position is responsible for leading and motivating a sales team to achieve and exceed individual and team targets for digital loan products. Day-to-day tasks include managing sales pipelines, monitoring performance metrics, coaching team members, and implementing sales strategies aligned with business objectives.



The role involves collaborating with customer service and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience, handling escalations, and maintaining strong client relationships. The Sales Team Leader will also contribute to forecasting, reporting, and process improvements to enhance overall sales effectiveness.
