Role Summary
We are looking for a hands-on, execution-driven HR Operations Lead to manage and scale end-to-end HR operations for India.



This role is responsible for flawless delivery across the employee lifecycle, payroll oversight, compliance governance, HR systems accuracy (Workday and ServiceNow), BGV Vendor handling and process efficiency.
The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and has a strong bias for action, operational discipline, and process rigor.

Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End HR Lifecycle Execution
· Drive onboarding, confirmations, transfers, exits, documentation, and employee records management.
· Ensure 100% accuracy and SLA adherence across lifecycle processes.
· Reduce turnaround times (TAT) through process optimization.
· Act as escalation SPOC for operational HR issues.
· BGV vendor handling and issues handling

2. Payroll & Benefits Governance
· Manage payroll inputs, validation, reconciliation, and coordination with vendors.
· Ensure zero payroll errors and 100% statutory complian
