OCM – Program Communications Lead (S/4HANA Greenfield Implementation)
nRole:
nProgram Communications Lead – Organizational Change Management (OCM)
nResponsibilities:

- n
- Lead end-to-end communication strategy for S/4HANA Greenfield transformation programn
- Define and manage program-wide communication roadmap aligned with program milestonesn
- Drive executive communication and leadership messaging across stakeholdersn
- Establish communication governance, standards, and templatesn
- Ensure consistent and timely communication across all program workstreamsn
- Oversee communication channels including newsletters, townhalls, leadership updatesn
- Drive stakeholder engagement through targeted communication plansn
- Support cutover and hypercare communication strategyn
- Collaborate closely with Change Lead, Change Partners, and PMOn

- Develop comprehensive communication strategy and plann
- Design and manage communication calendar across program lifecyclen
- Create executive-level presentations, SteerCo decks,



and leadership messagingn
- Oversee development of communication artifacts (emails, newsletters, FAQs)n
- Govern messaging consistency across global regions and teamsn
- Track communication effectiveness and engagement metricsn
- Enable communication campaigns aligned with releases and deploymentsn
- Mentor and guide communication support team membersn
- Provide updates to program governance and leadership forumsn

nRequirements:

- n
- 10+ years of experience with strong focus on OCM communicationsn
- Proven experience leading communications for SAP S/4HANA programsn
- Strong storytelling and executive communication skillsn
- Experience handling global stakeholder communicationn
- Ability to create leadership-ready content (SteerCo, CXO briefings)n
- Experience in large transformation programsn
- Familiarity with change frameworks (ADKAR/Prosci)n
- Solid proficiency in MS Offi
