nNow we need a creative leader who can give that ambition a distinctive voice, visual identity and cultural presence.
nWe are looking for a Creative Director - Brand & Content to build Thrillophilia’s creative engine from the ground up. This is not a role where you inherit a finished playbook. You will create it.

nWhat you will do

- n
- Define how Thrillophilia looks, sounds and shows up as The Experience Companyn
- Create culturally relevant campaigns, social content, films and original travel IPsn
- Turn destinations, traveller insights and everyday human truths into ideas people want to sharen




- Build and lead a Gurgaon-based team of art directors, writers, editors, video producers and creatorsn
- Establish a high-quality, high-velocity content system across organic social, brand campaigns, partnerships and performance creativesn
- Work closely with founders, marketing, growth and destination partners to turn business priorities into memorable creative workn
- Use AI intelligently to improve creative exploration, production speed and scale, without compromising tasten

nWho we are looking for

- n
- 8–14 years of experience across creative agencies, consumer brands, media companies or content-led startupsn
- A portfolio that demonstrates original thinking, solid storytelling and exceptional visual judgmentn
- Someone equally comfortable developing the big idea and ensuring the final reel, film or campaign is excellentn
- Deep understanding of contemporary culture, social platforms
