nPosition Summary:
nWe are looking for an experienced and agile Principal who will lead our school in achieving
nacademic excellence while ensuring smooth daily operations and effective admissions
nprocesses. The Principal will be responsible for the entire running of the school, overseeing
nacademics, operations, and admissions, ensuring a high standard of education, and maintaining




na positive school environment.
nKey Responsibilities:
n1. Academic Implementation
n○ Drive the effective implementation of the school's curriculum across all grades to
nensure high standards of student learning and achievement.
n○ Supervise and support Coordinators in delivering academic objectives, ensuring
nteachers follow structured lesson plans and engage students effectively.
n○ Organize teacher training and development programs to maintain high teaching
nstandards.
n○ Regularly review and evaluate teacher performance to promote best practices
nand address any challenges.
n○ Observe teachers, Coordinators, and Parent Relationship Managers (PRMs) to
nensure quality and consistency in academic delivery.
n○ Focus on teacher improvement and retention through targeted initiatives and
nsupport.
