nWHAT YOU'LL OWN
n
- n
- End-to-end execution of paid B2B lead gen campaigns targeting US enterprise buyers CFOs, Controllers, Finance Leadersn
- ABM campaign strategy and activation: 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many across LinkedIn, intent data platforms, and displayn
- Coordinate with Sales on lead handoff protocols, MQL-to-SQL conversion, and pipeline quality feedback loopsn
- Campaign performance tracking, attribution reporting, and funnel contribution analysis (CAC, CPL, MQL-to-SQL benchmarks)n
- Martech stack ownership — ad platforms, CRM sync, intent data, and analytics toolingn
- Integrate GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) thinking into campaign and content strategy to protect inbound visibilityn

nMUST HAVES
n
- n
- 6–8 years in B2B performance marketing; agency background strongly preferredn
- Proven track record running paid lead gen campaigns for US-market B2B brandsn




- Hands-on ABM execution experience — not just strategy; actual campaign activationn
- Strong command of LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, and Meta for B2Bn
- Working knowledge of CRM platforms (HubSpot / Salesforce) and UTM / attribution hygienen
- Understanding of GEO and its downstream impact on organic and paid lead gen strategyn
- Analytical mindset — comfortable owning and presenting performance metrics to leadershipn

nGOOD TO HAVE

- Experience running programmatic ad campaigns (DSPs, DV360, or equivalent)n
- Exposure to intent data platforms — 6sense, Bombora, or similarn
- Familiarity with outbound/SDR tooling: Smartlead, Apollo, Sprouts, or sequencing platformsn
- Understanding of the US accounting, finance outsourcing, or skilled services sectorn
