nRole Overview
nThe Okta SME will serve as the technical lead for identity and access management (IAM) solutions, driving architecture, integration, and security strategy. This role requires deep expertise in Okta and related technologies, ensuring robust governance, compliance, and operational excellence across enterprise identity platforms.

nKey Responsibilities
nStrategic Design & Architecture
n
- n
- Define and implement Okta architecture, including workflow enhancements, custom connectors, and integration frameworks.n
- Develop role-based policies, enforce Segregation of Duties (SoD), and design scalable IAM solutions.n
- Lead upgrades, patching, optimization, and security hardening initiatives.n

nAdvanced Integrations & Customization

- n
- Oversee Single Sign-On (SSO) and provisioning integrations for complex applications.n
- Build and maintain custom workflows, connectors, and integrations for IGA/PAM systems.n
- Manage MFA configurations and other advanced authentication settingsn





nGovernance & Compliance
n
- n
- Drive access certification campaigns and ensure compliance with security standards.n
- Perform IGA workflow monitoring, troubleshooting, and connector customization.n
- Address Okta vulnerabilities and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.n

nOperational Leadership
n
- n
- Provide expert-level support for lifecycle management, onboarding identities, and access workflows.n
- Lead incident/problem management, including root cause analysis for recurring issues.n
- Automate repetitive tasks and optimize operational processes.n

nCollaboration & Vendor Management

- n
- Act as the primary liaison with security teams, application/infra teams, and external vendors.n
- Resolve complex issues with vendors and coordinate architecture enhancements.n
