nAbout the Role
nMonterra Global Acres is looking for an experienced and target-driven Branch Manager – Real Estate Sales to lead our sales team, manage branch sales operations and drive property sales and revenue growth.
n

nThe ideal candidate should have 4–5 years of relevant Real Estate Sales experience,



robust team-management skills and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
n

nThe role involves managing the complete sales process, including lead management, client meetings, property site visits, negotiations and deal closures.
n

nMandatory Requirements

- n
- 4–5 years of professional experience specifically in Real Estate Sales.n
- Current or previous experience with a Real Estate Developer, Builder, Real Estate Consultancy or Property Sales Company.n
- Proven experience in residential or commercial property sales.n
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing a Real Estate Sales team.n
- Proven track record of achieving Real Estate sales targets.n
- Strong experience in lead management, client follow-ups, site visits, negotiations and deal closures.n
- Experience managing clients and channel partners.n
- MBA in Business Administration / Management is mandatory.n
- Valid Driving Licence is mandatory.n
