nPosition Overview
nWe are a leading tile manufacturing company seeking an experienced SAP FICO L3 Consultant to join our IT team. Because our business includes a highly customized trading process—blending manufactured goods with deeply integrated third-party procurement and complex order-to-cash cycles—this role requires someone who goes beyond standard FICO boundaries.
nYou will balance day-to-day Business-As-Usual (BAU) support with hands-on involvement in continuous improvement projects. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in FICO and a sharp understanding of the FICO-SD (Sales & Distribution) and FICO-MM (Materials Management) integration touchpoints.
nKey Responsibilities
n1. BAU Support & Operations (L3)
n* Incident Management: Troubleshoot and resolve L3 tickets across FI (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting) and CO (Product Costing,



Profitability Analysis) modules within defined SLAs.
n* Highly Customized Support: Maintain and debug our unique trading process, which includes custom pricing procedures, revenue recognition logic, and intercompany tracking.
n* Period-End Closing: Provide critical support during month-end and year-end financial closing activities, ensuring smooth execution of assessment cycles, variance calculations, and settlement runs.
n### 2. Project Delivery & Enhancements
n* Requirement Gathering: Partner with business stakeholders (Finance, Sales, and Procurement teams) to translate complex business requirements into robust functional designs.
n* System Configuration: Perform hands-on configuration changes in SAP FICO to support new business initiatives, continuous improvements, and rolling roll-outs.
n* Testing & Deployment: Lead Unit Testing (UT), Integration Testing (IT), and support User Acceptance Testing (UA
