Job Description
Role Objective: To coordinate and perform management secretarial work, is also responsible for Database Management & MIS and any other Job/Project/Assignment given by the Management.

nAREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
n Under the guidance of the Founder Director help drive and incorporate successful result oriented strategic initiatives.
n Work within the framework of DSP corporate plan as directed by the Founder Director to
ndevelop operational strategies and generate current business, being the key point of contact
nfor international and domestic clients.
n Support the Founder Director in the preparation and presentation of reports, proposals,
nbudgets and related activities in servicing and developing contracts and relationships with
nstakeholders both internal and external, clients, and others as deemed necessary.
n Support the Founder Director in the preparation of all documentation required for key
ndecision making.




n Accurately recording minutes from meetings.
n Ensure necessary records are maintained that can readily provide current, accurate and
naccessible information
n Market research, Data Analysis, and Data Profiling relevant to business
nexpansion/generation. Research and conduct data analysis to prepare documents for
nreview and presentation by directors.
n Manage team members, lead and assist meetings, and supervise when needed.
n
