nThe role
nWe are looking for an Account Director with 6+yrs of work experience to own and grow a portfolio of existing enterprise clients.Your mandate is to turn established relationships into larger, multi-service engagements: identify recent buyers, uncover business and technology priorities, create opportunities and convert them into profitable revenue.

nThis is a quota-carrying account-growth role. Success means expanding our presence across teams, departments and geographies while protecting the existing business.

nKey responsibilities

- Own account growth: Build and execute account plans with clear revenue targets, expansion opportunities, stakeholder maps and milestones.n
- Identify whom to sell to: Map decision-makers,



budget owners, influencers and procurement stakeholders beyond our existing contacts.n
- Build senior relationships: Develop trusted relationships with CIOs, CTOs, engineering leaders, data leaders and business heads.n
- Create demand: Uncover upcoming initiatives, delivery gaps and opportunities to expand teams or introduce additional services.n
- Lead discovery: Understand the client’s problem, current environment, priorities, budget, buying process and desired outcomes.n
- Drive opportunities to closure: Own qualification, proposals, commercial negotiations and contracting, coordinating with presales and delivery.n
- Expand engagement models: Identify opportunities to move from individual engineering deployments to dedicated pods, projects and capability centres.n
- Protect account health: Partner with delivery and customer success to address risks, retain business and support renewals
