Role Objectives:
We are looking for a highly driven Sales Lead with a positive understanding of Performance Marketing and Digital Marketing services .
The primary objective of this role is to generate qualified leads, understand client growth requirements, pitch performance marketing solutions, close deals, and drive monthly revenue . The candidate should be comfortable discussing advertising platforms, marketing performance, client acquisition challenges, and growth opportunities with potential clients.

Work Mode: work from office (monday to saturday)
Location: Ecospace, Newtown,
Salary: upto 30,000 per month

Key Responsibility:
- Identify and connect with potential clients, primarily D2C brands and businesses looking to scale through Performance Marketing .
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold outreach, email, Instagram, WhatsApp, Upwork, referrals, databases, and other relevant channels.
- Understand a prospect's current marketing activities, business challenges, advertising goals, and growth requirements.
- Pitch the company's Performance Marketing, Meta Ads, Google Ads,



Social Media Marketing, UGC Content, and other digital marketing services .
- Conduct discovery calls and qualify prospects based on their business potential, advertising requirements, decision-making authority, and budget.
- Build, manage, and consistently grow a healthy sales pipeline.
- Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to move prospects towards closure.
- Handle objections, negotiate commercials, and close deals while maintaining healthy margins.
- Work closely with the Performance Marketing and Creative teams to understand service capabilities and create relevant pitches for prospects.
- Ensure a smooth handover of closed clients by clearly communicating client requirements, expectations, deliverables, and agreed scope to the internal team.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, including lead stages, meeting notes, follow-ups, deal value, and next actions.
