About the Role
We are looking for a result-driven Medical Sales Specialist to expand Aignosis's presence across Bengaluru's pediatric healthcare ecosystem. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with doctors and hospital networks, driving product adoption, and converting leads into long-term clinical partnerships.



This is a high-impact field role where your work directly impacts early diagnosis for children.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and onboard pediatricians, child specialists, hospitals, and diagnostic centers across Bengaluru
- Conduct in-clinic product presentations and demonstrations to doctors and hospital staff
- Build and maintain solid long-term relationships with key medical stakeholders
- Drive lead generation, follow-ups, and deal closures across your territory
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently
- Organize and support awareness camps, CME events, and clinic activations
- Maintain daily field activity reports, visit logs, and CRM updates
- Coordinate with internal clinical and product teams for smooth doctor onboarding

Requirements
- Graduate in any stream — B.Sc, B.Pharm, B.E./B.Tech, BBA, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in medical sales, pharma sales, medical devices, diagnostic
