nAbout the Role
nWe are looking for an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to lead the execution of civil construction and interior fit-out projects from project initiation through completion and handover.
nThe Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, according to approved designs and specifications,



and to the required quality and safety standards.
nThe ideal candidate should have solid experience in the Architecture & Interior Design industry, with hands-on exposure to site execution, contractor management, project planning, procurement coordination, quality control and client management.

nKey Responsibilities:

n1. Project Planning & Execution

- Take overall responsibility for the successful execution and completion of assigned projects.n
- Develop project execution plans, schedules, milestones and resource requirements.n
- Plan and coordinate civil, architectural, interior and MEP activities.n
- Monitor project progress against approved schedules and identify potential delays.n
- Establish priorities and coordinate multiple activities to ensure smooth project execution.n
- Take corrective action when projects deviate from approved timelines, budgets or specifications.n
