We're looking for a smart, organized, and proactive Executive Assistant / Founder's Office Associate to work closely with AB, India's Leading Kids Life Coach and founder of one of the country's fastest-growing parenting movements.

This role is ideal for someone with 1-3 years of professional experience who wants significantly more learning, responsibility, and growth than a typical corporate role offers.

*? Key Responsibilities:*
- Manage calendars, meetings, and schedules
- Coordinate with team members and track project deadlines
- Prepare meeting notes, trackers, and follow-up action items
- Create and maintain Google Sheets, documents, and SOPs
- Assist with presentations, Canva designs, and basic content coordination
- Support outreach, collaborations, and special projects
- Help coordinate events, workshops, BNI meetings, and online activities
