We're Hiring | Advocates (Lower Courts & Calcutta High Court)n
Kshetry & Co. is expanding its litigation team and is inviting applications from dedicated Advocates with a passion for litigation. n
Experience: 5+ years (Minimum 5 years of independent court practice)n
Eligibility: Must be enrolled with the Bar Council. n
Courts: Calcutta High Court, Bankshall Court, Sealdah Court, Alipore Court, Barasat Court, Barrackpore Court, other nearby district/lower courts n
Experience Required In: Writ Petitions, CRR, CRM, CO, PIL, Police inaction matters, lower coirt petitions drafting, Other Civil and Criminal matters before the Hon’ble Calcutta High Court and other Courts & Tribunals. n

- Court appearances and matter handlingn
- Moving matters and advancing proceedingsn
- Civil and Criminal litigationn
- Drafting petitions, applications, affidavits, and legal noticesn
- Case preparation and client coordinationn
- Conducting arguments before the courtsn




- Drafting and vetting petitionsn
- Matter moving and court appearancesn
- Legal research and case strategyn
- Briefing senior counsel where requiredn
- Conducting hearings and arguments n

(Remuneration will be commensurate with experience, knowledge, and court performance.)n

- Ability to independently prepare and conduct casesn
