N We are expanding our outbound sales function and are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help build and scale our sales pipeline in India.
N About the Role n N As an SDR, you will own the top of the sales funnel by identifying, researching, and engaging decision-makers at target organizations and generating qualified meetings for the sales team.
N Our initial Go-To-Marketfocus is on hospital chains and diagnostic center networks across India. This is a hands-on,



builder-oriented role where you will work closely with the sales lead to execute outbound campaigns, refine messaging, and help establish a scalable SDR process.

- Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns across LinkedIn, email, phone, and WhatsApp. N
- Research and identify target accounts based on the defined Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). N
- Identify and engage relevant decision-makers including operations heads, CXOs, patient experience leaders, and other business stakeholders. N
- Build and maintain prospect lists for hospital chains and diagnostic center networks across India. N
- Personalize outreach based on account research, business needs, and relevant use cases. N
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads against defined qualification criteria before handing them over to the sales team. N
