The role will be responsible for supporting the Corporate Compliance function in managing internal investigations relating to potential violations of the Company's Code of Conduct, policies, applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards.

The incumbent will conduct and support sensitive and complex investigations involving allegations of misconduct, fraud, bribery and corruption, conflicts of interest, harassment, financial irregularities, data/privacy concerns, and other compliance violations. The role will ensure investigations are conducted objectively, confidentially, independently, and in accordance with established investigation protocols.

1. Internal Investigations
- Lead and conduct internal investigations into allegations received through whistle-blower channels, ethics helplines, management escalations, audits, or other reporting mechanisms.
- Assess complaints and allegations to determine the scope, nature, priority, and investigation approach.
- Develop investigation plans, identify key stakeholders, and establish timelines for completion.




- Conduct interviews with complainants, witnesses, and subjects of investigations.
- Gather, review, and analyse relevant documents, emails, financial records, electronic data, and other evidence.
- Ensure proper documentation and preservation of investigation records and evidence.
- Maintain independence, objectivity, confidentiality, and fairness throughout the investigation process.

2. Investigation Reporting & Case Management
- Prepare transparent, factual, and well-documented investigation reports outlining allegations, methodology, findings, evidence, and conclusions.
- Present investigation findings and recommendations to the Head of Compliance, senior management, and relevant governance committees.
- Track investigation cases from initiation through closure, ensuring timely resolution.
