- OT Asset & CMDB Extensions: Advanced knowledge configuring OT specific configuration item classes (cmdb_ci_ot), entity details, and tracking industrial hardware types (PLCs, SCADA, DCS, HMIs).
- OT Discovery & Ingestion: Direct experience utilizing Service Graph Connectors for OT Discovery (e.g., Claroty, Nozomi, Microsoft Defender for IoT) and configuring OT Discovery schedules.
- Operational Technology Service Management (OTSM): Proven competence setting up industrial processes covering OT Incident, OT Change, and OT Request Management inside the Industrial Workspace.
- OT Vulnerability Response: Experience implementing security risk detection workflows,



monitoring production floor threats, and aligning with security visibility dashboards.
