- Assist and guide customers in the showroom.n
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery.n
- Maintain good customer relationships.n
- Follow up with customers through calls and WhatsApp.n
- Work towards achieving sales targets.n
- Maintain customer details and follow-up records.n
Requirementsn

- Basic communication skills.n
- Basic spoken English and good Hindi.n
- Friendly, confident and presentable personality.n
- Positive with customers and customer follow-ups.n
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and smartphones.n
- Sales or jewellery experience preferred but not mandatory.n
- Freshers with a willingness to learn can also apply.n
