Job Title: Industrial Automation Engineer – PCS7 Location: Mumbai (Head Office) Department: Engineering / Automation Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Industrial Automation Engineer with strong expertise in designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions using Siemens PLC, SCADA, and HMI systems . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with TIA Portal, PCS 7, WinCC platforms , and industrial communication protocols , along with a solid understanding of process control and instrumentation . Key Responsibilities: PLC, SCADA & HMI Development: Design, develop, and program automation systems using Siemens PLCs (S7-300/400, S7-1200/1500, PCS 7) with knowledge of Ladder Logic, Structured Text (ST), FBD, and CFC . Develop SCADA and HMI applications using WinCC Classic, WinCC Professional, WinCC Unified , and Basic/Comfort HMI panels. Industrial Communication & Integration: Configure and integrate field devices and systems using Profibus, Profinet, Modbus, EtherNet/IP , and OPC UA .



Troubleshoot and resolve communication and device integration issues across control networks. Process Automation & Control: Implement and optimize PID control loops , batch processing logic, and instrument calibration. Collaborate with process and instrumentation teams to ensure control strategies align with plant operations. Project Execution & Documentation: Lead and participate in FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing) and SAT (Site Acceptance Testing) . Prepare and review technical documentation , including control philosophy, I/O lists, wiring diagrams, and validation reports. Conduct risk assessments , manage on-site commissioning, and provide post-installation support.
