Students are supported by an AI tutor that adapts to their pace of learning, while teachers use iTEMA to reduce time spent on lesson planning and grading. Parents and teachers buy directly, across India and the United States. This role sits within that consumer business, focused only on the United States market.

n ABOUT THE ROLE
n
nYou work a defined set of parents and teachers in the United States who have already shown robust intent to buy: an abandoned cart, a failed payment, or unusually high product engagement. Your responsibility is to call them, understand what is holding them back, and convert that intent into a paid subscription.

n KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- n
- Call parents and teachers who show high-intent signals : an abandoned cart, a failed payment or very high engagement,



and work each one toward payment.n
- Diagnose why a payment did not go through , whether a card decline, a technical issue or hesitation, and resolve it on the call.n
- Handle pricing and plan questions with confidence , and address the objections that are keeping a user from converting.n
- Own conversion as your core metric : track and report call volume, contact rate and payment conversion rate.n
- Maintain accurate records of every conversation and outcome in the CRM.n
- Follow up by call and message until a lead converts or is confirmed lost.n
- Flag recurring reasons for cart abandonment or payment failure to the product and marketing teams.n
- Use AI tools to prepare for calls and personalise outreach , improving your conversion rate over time.n
