nAccount Executive

nLocation: Udaipur, Rajasthan
nIndustry: Hotel / Hospitality
nDepartment: Accounts & Finance

nExperience Required:
n• 1 – 2 Years of relevant experience in Accounts / Finance
n• Experience in hotel accounting or hospitality industry will be preferred
n

nSalary:
n₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
n(Depending on knowledge & experience)
n

nJob Overview:
nWe are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Account Executive to support day-to-day accounting and financial operations of the hotel. The ideal candidate should have valuable knowledge of accounting procedures, strong numerical skills, and the ability to maintain accurate financial records and reports.
n

nKey Responsibilities:
n1. Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and financial documentation
n2. Maintain accurate records of income, expenses,



invoices and payments
n3. Handle billing, receivables, payables and account reconciliations
n4. Verify invoices, bills and supporting documents for accuracy
n5. Assist with daily revenue and collection reconciliation
n6. Coordinate with Front Office, F&B;, Stores and other departments for financial documentation
n7. Maintain proper records of vendor and supplier transactions
n8. Prepare regular accounting reports and MIS as required
n9. Assist in month-end closing and audit-related activities
n10. Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures
n
