Role Overview

nT he Chief Technology Officer (CTO) will lead the hospital’s technology strategy, digital transformation, healthcare IT infrastructure, and innovation initiatives. The role will ensure that technology enhances patient care, operational efficiency, clinical outcomes, regulatory compliance, and data security. The CTO will oversee Electronic Health Records (EHR), hospital information systems, telemedicine platforms, medical device integration, cybersecurity, data analytics, and AI-driven healthcare solutions.

n1. Technology Strategy & Leadership

- Develop and implement the hospital’s technology vision and digital roadmap aligned with clinical and operational goals.n
- Drive digital transformation initiatives across clinical and administrative functions.n
- Evaluate emerging healthcare technologies such as:n
- AI-assisted diagnosticsn
- Remote patient monitoringn
- Clinical decision support systemsn
- Healthcare data analyticsn




- Collaborate with the leadership team to integrate technology into strategic planning and growth initiatives .n

n2. Hospital IT Infrastructure & Systems

nOversee implementation and management of:

- Hospital Information System (HIS)n
- Electronic Health Records (EHR)n
- Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (PACS)n
- Laboratory Information Systems (LIS)n
- Radiology Information Systems (RIS)n
- Patient management systemsn
- Pharmacy management systemsn
- Billing & insurance integration systemsn

n3. Cybersecurity & Data Governance

- Develop hospital-wide cybersecurity policies and frameworks .n
- Protect sensitive patient health data and hospital systems .n
- Implement security measures aligned with standards such as:n
- National Accreditation Board for Hospitals & Healthcare Providers (NABH)n
- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments .n
