n ABOUT TUTORCLOUD

nTutorCloud is an AI learning platform for K-12 students, built by educators. Students are supported by an AI tutor that adapts to their pace of learning, while teachers use iTEMA to reduce time spent on lesson planning and grading. Schools purchase through our sales team, typically beginning with a paid pilot that converts into an annual subscription. This role represents the first point of engagement in that process, focused on the United States market.

n ABOUT THE ROLE
nYou work leads generated by TutorCloud's marketing team through campaigns and inbound interest. Your responsibility is to engage each lead by phone, webinar and product demonstration, assess fit, and pass qualified opportunities to the sales team.

n KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

nCall leads generated by marketing to assess their interest, fit and readiness to move forward.




nHost webinars for leads already in the pipeline to present TutorCloud and address questions in real time.
nConduct product demonstrations for qualified leads, clearly explaining how TutorCloud addresses their requirements.
nEvaluate each lead against defined qualification criteria before passing it to the sales team.
nMaintain accurate and complete records of each lead's requirements, budget and concerns within the CRM.
nFollow up consistently by phone and email until a lead is confirmed as qualified or is disqualified.
nTrack and report your own performance metrics, including leads qualified, meetings booked, webinar attendance and qualification rate.
nUse AI tools to support lead research and call preparation, improving efficiency across the pipeline.

n WHAT YOU WILL BRING

n3 to 5 years of experience in sales, pre-sales or lead qualification, primarily focused on the United States market.
