nRole Overview
nWe are seeking a proactive HR Manager (6–7+ years of experience) to manage and support end-to-end HR operations for our growing global team. This is an onsite role based in Mohali, requiring strong execution, ownership and the ability to manage multiple functions in a fast-paced, startup-style workplace.

- Research and implement driver recruitment compliance requirementsn
- Ensure compliance for onboarding operators and chauffeursn
- Maintain documentation related to licensing, eligibility and onboardingn
- Support a basic compliance understanding across the UK, Europe, the UAE and the USAn

nRequired Qualifications

- 6–7+ years of experience in HR, recruitment or talent management, including at least 2 years in a managerial or standalone HR rolen
