nAbout the Role
nWe are seeking a talented and creative E-Learning Developer to create creative, engaging, and impactful E-Learning experiences.
nIn this 6-month contract role, you will collaborate with Subject Matter Experts, Instructional Designers, and other stakeholders to design and develop courses aligned with learning objectives. You will use your creativity, technical expertise, and understanding of design principles to deliver high-quality E-Learning content.
nThe ideal candidate will have a strong combination of E-Learning development, visual design, and interaction design skills, with the ability to create highly dynamic and interactive learning experiences.

nKey Responsibilities

- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts, Instructional Designers, and stakeholders to understand content and learning objectives.n
- Design and develop highly interactive and dynamic E-Learning courses using authoring tools and technologies.n
- Create complex learner interactions including scenarios, simulations, branching activities, click-to-reveal,



drag-and-drop, gamification, quizzes, and knowledge checks.n
- Create multimedia elements such as animations, videos, transitions, and interactive visual elements to enhance the learning experience.n
- Translate complex information into visually appealing, intuitive, and engaging digital learning experiences.n
- Ensure E-Learning content is user-friendly, accessible, and aligned with instructional design principles.n
- Conduct quality assurance checks to review and test courses for functionality, accuracy, and learner experience.n
- Implement assessments and knowledge checks to effectively measure learning outcomes.n
- Stay updated with the latest E-Learning trends, technologies, interaction design approaches, and best practices.n
- Collaborate with the training team to provide technical support during E-Learning program delivery.n
